Fast Break — common questions

How do I stop getting notifications?

In the app: open Settings, then Notifications. You can switch off one category at a time — breaking news, game results, a single team — or turn notifications off entirely. Quiet hours live in the same place.

If you've already uninstalled the app, the operating system does the same job. On iOS: Settings, then Notifications, then Fast Break. On Android: Settings, then Apps, then Fast Break, then Notifications.

Why am I seeing a story I don't care about?

Your feed is built from the teams and leagues you picked. Change them in Settings, under Teams and leagues. Dropping a league drops everything under it; dropping one team leaves the rest of that league alone.

A story about a team you follow can also arrive carrying the name of one you don't — a trade has two rosters in it, and only one of them may be yours.

A story looks wrong or inaccurate. What do I do?

Flag it. Every story has a flag control, and using it sends the story straight into the review queue. If you'd rather explain it in your own words, email support@azeralabs.dev with a link to the story.

The summaries are generated, and the linked originals are the authoritative version. Where the two disagree, the source is right.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the steps on delete your Fast Break account — it covers the in-app flow and the email route for anyone who's already uninstalled the app.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Privacy choices covers requesting a copy of everything Fast Break holds on you, correcting anything that's wrong, and the rest of what you're entitled to ask for. Those rights apply wherever you live.

Where do the stories come from?

From news outlets that publish sports reporting. Every story links out to the outlets that reported it.

I'm a publisher and I want my content removed.

Email support@azeralabs.dev with the publication you're writing for and what you want removed — a whole domain, a section, or a single article. You'll get a reply and a confirmation once it's done. No formal notice is needed.

The app crashed.

Crash reports are collected automatically, so the error has most likely already arrived. What they can't record is what you were doing at the time, which is usually the part that makes a crash reproducible.

Send three things to support@azeralabs.dev: your device, your OS version, and the last thing you did before the app closed. If the app froze or went blank instead of closing, a screenshot or short screen recording helps.

Fast Break's privacy policy lists everything it collects and which companies receive it. The terms of use covers the rules the app runs under.
