Website terms

These terms cover azeralabs.dev, the website. They don't cover the apps — Fast Break has its own, and those are the ones that apply once you've installed it.

The site is provided as-is

This site is offered as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. Every effort goes into keeping it accurate and online, but it isn't guaranteed to be either. To the extent the law allows, Azera Labs isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on something written on it. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Where this site links out to somewhere else, that site is somebody else's, and neither its content nor its behaviour is under Azera Labs' control.

Content and reuse

The text, design, code, and name on this site belong to Azera Labs, except where something is credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link, which is what quoting normally means. You shouldn't republish whole pages as your own, or use the Azera Labs name or wordmark in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation that doesn't exist.

The apps have their own terms

Using this site isn't the same as using an app, and the two are governed separately. Fast Break's rules are set out in its terms of use, with the data side in its privacy policy.

Changes

These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
